What is included in our photo booth rental?

  • Unlimited color or black and white photo booth prints for you and your guests.
  • Custom design with logo or wording printed on photo strips. No additional cost for design.
  • Professional, photobooth attendant to assist guests.
  • Delivery, setup and breakdown of the photo booth at no additional cost
  • USB/flashdrive of all the photobooth pictures from your event at the end of the event
  • Props provided free of charge for you and your guests to use in the photo booth.
  • External HD screen slideshow with live view of photos being taken in the Dallas Photo Booth Rental.
  • Email upload – guests can email themselves their photos directly from the photo booth.
  • LED booth lighting – roof of booth has LED lighting that changes colors or can be a single color.
  • Bonus 4 x 6 prints – Guests choose their favorite single shot right from the touchscreen and instantly turns it into a full 4 x 6 photo!
  • Extra prints options with each session (double prints).

Is there an extra charge for you to deliver, set the booth up and break it down?

We do not charge extra fee for delivery within the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex and the surrounding cities. Travel charges do apply if your event is more than 50 miles from the city center of Dallas. There is no extra charge for the setup and breakdown. We make sure to arrive early to setup the booth and we begin the breakdown once the rental period has ended. We then place all the images on a flashdrive for you and handed to you or your wedding/event coordinator.

Will someone be on-site with the photobooth?

Yes. There will be one photo booth attendant to assist guests and to make sure the photo booth operates properly throughout the event and to help with the photo booth scrapbook to assist the guests.

How do we reserve the photo booth for our event?

We require a signed photobooth rental agreement and a retainer payment of $300.  This will guarantee your date is reserved. The retainer payment is non-refundable and is credited towards your balance. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

Who owns the copyright to the images?

A & K Dallas & Fort Worth Photo Booths Rental Company retains ownership of all images. We do provide you with copyrights to the images for personal use.

How many people can fit in your booth?

Our photo booth is designed for 4-5 people average adults to sit comfortably. However, we have had 7 people show up on in the photo and it was a mixture of standing from the sides of the photo booth and sitting down in it. We also have an open studio style photo booth. This style uses a backdrop and can easily fit 8-10 people standing up.
